Garry is currently a shareholder and CEO and President of BFSI. Garry joined Bancorp in 2015. From 2015-2018, Garry was the COO and Director of BFSI. From April 2018 – March 2022 , he held the office of President BFSI. Since April 2022 Garry holds the office of CEO and President. From February 2020-December 2025, Garry was the President and Dealing Representative of Bancorp Investor Services Ltd., an Exempt Market Dealer 100% owned by BFSI. Since January 2026, Garry is the CEO, President, Ultimate Designated Person and Dealing Representative of Bancorp Investor Services Ltd., an Exempt Market Dealer 100% owned by BFSI.
Garry has over 25 years of experience in financing, management, development and investment in real estate in Vancouver. Before joining BFSI, he held senior roles in well-known private real estate development and investment companies in Vancouver.
Garry holds an Economics degree from UBC and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of BC.
Garry Wong is licensed under the Mortgage Brokers Act of BC and The Real Estate Act of Alberta with Bancorp Financial Services Inc., and approved as the Ultimate Designated Person of Bancorp Investor Services Ltd. and as a Dealing Representative licensed under Securities Act of BC.
